Because venue and staffing costs are fixed, missed sessions are not refundable. A similarly aged friend or family member may attend in your child’s place, or you can text Mark or Joe on 07825 994671 and they will try to help you find a suitable make-up session.
Parents support and join in with their child during pre-school classes. School-age sessions are led by the coaches, although parents are asked to stay, watch and help if needed.
Children can join at any point from their second birthday through to age ten.
Not at all. Children with no previous experience are just as welcome as confident players already performing at academy level.
Classes are indoors. Pre-school groups usually use medium-sized community venues, while most school-age sessions take place in larger sports halls.

Comfortable footwear and light sports clothing are ideal. Please also bring a drink.
Pre-school sessions last 40 minutes. School-age sessions last 50 minutes.
There are usually 40–42 classes per year, with breaks broadly following school term dates.
Membership is £39 per month for one child or £58.50 per month for two children. If two children already attend, a third child can attend free. Payments run across 12 months and can be cancelled at any time.
No. First Steps Soccer does not add hidden charges.
Text, email or message FSS to confirm that you would like to continue. You will then receive a GoCardless link to set up the monthly Direct Debit.
FSS kits can be bought from our team store on Serious Sport and are delivered straight to your home. The smallest kit size fits children aged around 3–4. If your child needs a smaller kit, just text or email us and we can provide one.
No. The annual cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, so payments continue during holiday periods even though the class calendar follows school terms.
Give FSS a couple of weeks’ notice, then cancel the Direct Debit with your bank. There is no minimum attendance period.
